This may be a drug emergency, I'm panicking and need help!

I'm writing this in a panic. Basically I was stupid and popped 4 cheap e pills last night (2 different types) and felt barely anything. 5+ hours pass and shit hits me. Not pleasant shit, horrible horrible coming down, worst hours of your life stuff. I'm pretty sure the worst is over but I'm beginning to panic attack.

My entire body is tingling, its been at least 10-12 hours since I popped the first pill. My muscles are cramping, typing this right now is very very difficult. Its as if all my muscles don't want to work properly. I have to breathe very heavily and rapidly to help my constantly extremely rapidly non-stop beating heart. And if I stop and think for a moment I realize I completely forget to inhale/exhale. My palms and many other places of my body are damp from constant sweating, my jaw is clenched. I drank as much water as I felt drinking, a few crackers, two sugary snacks and half a glass of orange juice. I took a short shower which seemed to help my muscles a bit. My body is completely sweating and I'm pale as a ghost. I just recently ran to the washroom feeling as if I was about to puke, i went through a few motions but nothing actually ended up in the toilet. I'll post anything else I can.

Please, anyone that knows what to do, please help me. I'm panicking and I have to be someone in 2.5 hours, with absolutely no way of getting out of it. I look fine other than the insanely heavily panting and sort of twitching.

Mind you I have absolutely NO idea as to what I truly took, after panicking and reading online I'm thinking Meth or Caffeine, or both.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I'm very sorry if I'm breaking any sort of forum rules.

It sounds like a high dose of piperzines to me, it'll pass just relax and try to let the drug get completely out your system, if you have to be anywhere tell them your ill. IF it had been methamphetamine you would of clearly felt the euphoria. Maybe a high dose of caffene. Either way it's nothing serious if you ask my oppinon. THat said i am trying to diagnose you over the internet, if worst comes to worst goto a hospital or doctor and get it checked out.

SWIM thinks SWIY should try not to panic. SWIM understands SWIY feels pretty messed up right now, but from SWIY's description it doesn't sound like SWIY is in any imminent danger. It's really important that SWIY stay hydrated, so SWIY should drink alot of water, more so than SWIY may feel like drinking. SWIY should be sure to eat something substantial, more than just sugars. If SWIY's symptoms get any worse, SWIY should consider seeing a doctor. Otherwise, if SWIM were in SWIY's situation, he would take a steaming hot shower, drink alot of water, try to force some food down, and concentrate on steady breathing to alleviate panic.

Sounds like a distonic reaction. SWIM had one and went to the ER and was given an injection of benadryl and then sent home with a prescription of benadryl because that is the medication that will counteract most bad reactions or allergic reactions to medications.

Swim had the exact same experience today, except swim went to the hospital.

Started with brushing teeth this morning when swim brushed her tongue she went a little too far back and triggered the gag reflex. Swim then gagged up blood. Swim never had an ulcer before and it freaked swim out.

Right before brushing teeth swim tried meth the VERY FIRST time. What luck right?

Swim got very dizzy and nauseas. Swim layed down and swims arms went all heavy like someone was pushing them down. Swims legs were numb and heavy and swims face, neck, and arms were all tingling. Swim also experienced heart palpitation. Heart would speed up, slow down, stop for a couple seconds and start again. You don't realize how loud your heart is until you can't hear it anymore. Swim had to remind herself to keep breathing, swim could feel herself passing out but forced herself to focus on one point on the ceiling. Swim could not even walk to the bathroom, she fainted once. Swim needed to pee badly so she bunched up the blanket under her and peed there. Sorry for too much information. Then swim tried to get up to make it to the phone and swim vomited all over the carpet. Sorry for too much information again. Swim thought for sure, she was done for. Swim would not accept death so swim prayed like swim has never prayed before. Swim was begging, pleading, please please please let swim live. Swim crawled to the phone and called 911 and was rushed to the hospital and had an EKG like 6 minutes later. Blood tests, ect. After 10 long hours the doctors declared swim had had her very first panic attack. Swim was almost in denial until swim came home and read the symptoms. Until today swim brushed off panic attacks, like nothing serious and scary like people make it out to be. Swim was very wrong.

Swim has never been and probly never will be as scared as swim was this morning. Begging for life naked, covered in pee and vomit. Worst experience of swims life. Swim is overjoyed to be alive.

If they have access to it, maybe taking some seroquel will quell Swiy's problem? If Swiy got pills that contained a mysterious concoction, then advice can only be effective after discovery of substances in said concoction. A person that my aunt Jemima knew once dropped four pills at once, but they were of good quality. He got amp. psychosis, locked himself in his room with a giant knife and called the cops because he thought his sister was trying to kill him. When they apprehended him, they had to choke him out because he was going insane. He was unstable and that much amp has got to be hard on the body. He was fine afterwards and in court he got off the hook because he claimed that after going to a bar, he started to feel funny and thought the best thing he could do was alert the authorities of his mental state.

There is no way to determine what substance was in the pills you took. A hospital would be the only viable solution.
