I would have to go for a delevery sytem i read about in a cyber punk book,they all had small jacks under there ears where they could plug in a samll flash drive like thing that hooked into there brain,the "plug" or whatever they called it could be programed for whatever kinda high they wanted,the buzz only limited by ones own programing ability and creativity.
