Question About 4 mg Hydromorphone

SWIMs friend just found put he has cancer in his liver and this is the third kind of cancer he has done got. And the doctors prescribed him with 4 mg hydromorphone. Hes wanting to know if he could inject them and he heard some stuff about they will get SWIM high as a kite but cant really trust the people that told him that. (Most of them was high as a kite when he ask them) If some on has any information about this let SWIM know. THNX

Swim heard if they are the Malli's (M imprinted on one side) then you can crush and shoot. If you have a low tolerance I would shoot 1/2 then go for the rest just in case.

wrong! no pill are able to just crush and shoot, unless they say " soluable "

Will SWIM just went to Erowid web site and read some of the post of people doing it. And they dont say nothing about what has to be on the pill or any thing. Now SWIM has shot up adderall xanax and other stuff he should have shot up. SWIM just wanted to know if 4 mg of dilaudid was enough to get high on? And after reading all the post on diaudid on erowid he sees its more than enough. SWIM is more of a upper man himself so for some one that is only used to like 20 mg of loratab max should get plenty high.

SWIM would recommend that SWIU plug them long before you jump to shooting them. The results of plugging are more intense than SWIO might think.

Will SWIM yesterday shot his first hydromorphine and wasn`t nothing like every one says. SWIM did a 4 mg HM the first rush wasn`t nothing. All it did was make his muscles tightin up. Then it felt like it stopped. SWIMs favorite part was the nodding off. Will has any one else ever shot it up? How much did SWIY take and was it enough to get SWIY high? And the only opiate i ever took before yesterday is loratabs.

right now you have posted the worst trip report ever read, Use the forum's search engine, and always be sure to post in the correct sub - forum opiate expeirences . thank you and try to find answer prior to posting.

My friend's parrot has easy access to the pills in question and he told me that he once read somewhere that 4mg hydromorphone oral = 10mg oxycodone when taken by mouth = 40mg oxycodone oral dose when taken intranasally = 80 mg oxycodone oral dose when taken rectally... My friend's parrot is not sure if he is entirely correct with the math on that one but he told me that subjectively it seems to be true and generally plugs half or snorts one entire one and gets pretty fucked up. He thinks that hydromorphone has a high that can't be beat, plenty of tingling and euphoria but still able to function when needed, you know, squawking and talking and swinging upside down on his cage. He even told me his owner hasn't figured out he's high most of the time.

Oh great, yet another intelligent post from this guy. there is no such thing as a loratab...and there are threads based on Hydromorphone that have IV questions answered on a daily basis..

Well, swim is not entirely sure, but over here in the US swim is pretty sure that hydrocodone is marketed under several different names-one being Lortab. Perhaps in other parts of the world there is a manufacturer who uses loratab but either way, swimmers need to mention the actual chemical compound name and not the manufacturer.

I see what you're saying, but its just spelling error. lighten up. and you are correct , we need to say the actual name of the medicine instead of name brand. Good Point.

Way to take Swiy's friend's cancer medication and inject it into swiy's bloodstream. I bet Swiy's real proud of themself. Swim can't believe people give answers promoting injecting pills into themselves. Real sick and a good way to die or develop a wicked addiction.

passing judgment on any habit here isn't looked well upon. This is a harm reduction site first and foremost.

SWIM has no experience with opioids or IV use but felt that post was needed.

Hey Sportguy first of all SWIMs friend (the cancer person) is the one that told SWIM he could inject it. Hes a banger also and he knows hes going to die so we had a good time.

But second read the last 6 post in this link. http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=51615 This is a lil argument between SWIM and some one that doesn't like shotting up. And please does rag on people that shots up SWIM does rag on people that eat pills or smokes stuff.
