cocaine use and blood test for surgery

Hello, swim is having a minor surgery in a couple of weeks and will be having 2 separate blood tests done for hospital/doctor purposes prior to admittance. Probably a complete blood culture. My question is, will any of the blood levels be off to suggest that this person is a user? I heard that ph levels are off when someone uses. Is this true?
