Drug test in 4 days

Will SWIM be able to pass a drug test in 4 days if SWIM smokes today and in drinks a shitload of water, piss multiple times before the drug test, use diuretics for that purpose, etc?

SWIM will only be smoking once, and SWIM doesn't intend to smoke very much as SWIM will get messed up *quickly* as SWIM hasn't smoked in two months.
