Smoking 3-4 rollies a day
Is this harmful to your health? I used to smoke 15+ rollies a day and have cut down i'm currently smoking around 3-4 a day, i want to know if this will affect my fitness and how easily i go out of breath. I've signed up and paid for a life guard course which starts in a month and i want to know if i should try and cut out smoking completely to make sure i'm fit enough to pass it or if i can still smoke 3-4 rollies a day
