Swim cant keep on drinking. As soon as he starts coming up the taste of beer makes him feel sick so he has to drink water. He occasionally has a few to drink before but find that when you come up you just feel wrecked instead of feeling nice and high plus it doesnt do you any good.

ive never really been one for combining the two. i used to have a bit to drink beforehand, but now it feels wrong and ruins the special feeling i get from the e. only one time have i ever continued drinking whilst on e, and that was a bad time. dropped when i was drunk, had a spliff, had more drink, another pill, another spliff. dont remember after midnight, but apparently we went in two cheesy 60s/70s/80s clubs, not dancing mind. i almost fell over i was that drunk, i lost my mate on the way home and my flatmate wandered the street at 7am trying to find me (although he was in the early stages of a mental breakdown) - i dont remember after midnight, not a single thing, not going in the clubs, not walking home, have no idea what i did or where i went, dont know how i got home. woke up at 11am in bed, my clothes were filthy and i felt like shit - comedown and hangover. never ever again will i do that shit, totally irresponsible.


being so drunk you cant even remember taking your third pill, or even remember most of the night, is seriously scary. so in answer to the question, no, i dont mix drink and e. i dont even drink before i drop.

for me if i have 2 pints then drop i think the tipssy feeling makes the come up a little different and more visual, i always meet my friends at a pub and i like a pint so i have a couple almost everytime i drop. i can keep drinking if i'm not dancing that night(someimes i just want to chat so much) buti don't drink that much iforget to drink untill my mouth is dry lol. but saying that when u drop sober i think u feel the "rush" effect more.

I usually have a drink or two just because I want something in my hand other than a bottle of water. kinda obvious when you are "f*ked up" yet your drinking water. and besides, I need to have something to keep my hands still


the worst is finding something after you've already had too much to drink, shouldn't even take it, but what can you say? no??

I usually drink away when rolling, not at a fast rate, but steadily through the night all the same. I tend to knock back a glass of water between every beer. Although it's probably very bad for you to drink when rolling, I enjoy it all the same. Sometimes I just save my beer until the comedown. A beer and a joint are the only two things I enjoy when it's all over but sleep is still ages away.

you forgot that it also gives you a pretty bad hangover. Part of the reason people feel bad after drinking alcohol is the dehydration it causes in your body.


XTC by itself dehydrates your body pretty hard , combined with alcohol its even worse.


I'm not saying you cant drink at all, cause i know from personal experience 2 or 3 beers (25cl) will relax you a bit so its easier not to focus on that pill coming up, and the next i always feel fine.


But as soon as ive popped my pill i switch to water and make sure i keep hydrated.

Icky. SWIM dislikes the rollercoaster feel of the alcohol+E buzz. He loves powerade and menthol cigarettes, however. Only under the influence of MDMA at that.

i usually don't drink at all until the comedown i'll occasionally have a few beers, but i usually just stick to weed towards the end of a roll, prolongs the experience and brings u back up

SWIM likes to wash his pill down with a beer, and maybe have a few brews before but thats it. I dont think it would be good considering both dehydrate your body. Just drink water to be safe.

yeah weed and pills go together great. i find that i can drink loads when coming down, but if i do it can get a bit much. i dont really like it. after a few hours sleep and a banana or two though i can drink loads and really enjoy it...
