I believe it is a law that LSD possesion is prosecuted on the weight of the medium (blotter, gel tab, liquid) rather then the amount of actual LSD. So basically if two people had the same amount of LSD but one had it on blotter and the other in window panes, the guy with the panes would get a steeper sentence based on the weight.

I'm also 90% sure they changed this law in the US.

How many Pounds of Blotter do you have?

First the Carrier Rate Law. Years ago, I remember reading about a case, for possession of Cocaine. The guy was complaining because the Total amount of weight included 80% cutter (Novocaine), and that this was the reason he got bumped up to a higher penalty. I do not remember how his case came out. I could look around for it in a few days, if you like.

Now, for most people, the difference in weight doesn't matter much. I wonder: Where is the weight break for LSD?

An ounce? (That's a lot of hits, Blotter or Windowpane). But, mixed 10,000-to-one in water, that would not be very many hits (or, so it seems to me).

My life, however, does NOT have problems like that. I can't find any Windowpane OR blotter. Heck, I just wish a could get a hit encased in lead (and take my chances with possession of a whole Pound of it).

Actually, one quick phone call to one of the US Attorney's offices will probably answer your Carrier Rate law question. I doubt that they have Super Caller ID or anything. But, somehow, making that easy call, can be pretty hard.
