I found a pharmacy that that sells oxy, its a mexican pharmacy. is there a difference between the oxy's from usa and mex.?

they are probably generic OC's. Same ingredients. Maybe a different
filler/binder. Probably will look different. As long as they aren't selling bunk pills, you should be fine with them.
