Side effects - GURNING! and magnesium

SWIM'S read elsewhere that taking a magnesium supp before rolling can greatly decrease amount of gurning, he wodered if anyone had experience of this??

many people have posted here with positive anecdotal responses to using MG for your purpose. Go ahead and let your lab rat try it next time.

For some reason Swim can only remember gurning once, out of his umpteen-or-so ecstasy experiences. And the one gurning time was one of the first times he tried E. Not sure why, but it just doesn't happen to Swim anymore.

swim gurns a bit, not loads. It depends from person to person, swim thinks. swim would reccomend 2 or 3 pieces of gum, or just something relatively clean and hard to stick between swiy's teeth, swim sometimes uses a lighter in times of desperation. It basically just reminds swim that they're doing it, and so reduces it, whilst not allowing for actual grinding to happen. It pays to be well prepared.

SWIM is shameless and carries a well-used baby-pacifier on a necklace. Then again SWIM is young and doesn't mind walking around in public with a pacifier in his mouth or dangling from his neck.

It's chewing gum all the way for SWIM when he's rolling. SWIM used to be a gurner, but he's found that chewing lots of gum and being more aware of the roll has reduced his gurning alot.

but magnesium reduces the need for chewing on anything to zero.
