Diphenhydramine potentiation using grapefruit juice

After looking through the forum I was wondering if anyone had tried to combine grapefruit juice, known for requiring liver enzymes for metabolism, with diphenhydramine since in other threads it has been covered that diphenhydramine also requires the same liver enzymes.* Anyone with specific experiences? Even though the main enzymes aren't utilized by both substances I was wondering if any qualitative effects have been noticed.
A lab rat has made his opinion known that he would be willing to volunteer for experiments.

Thanks
