seriously I'm eighteen
I'm 18 years old , and I'n from Holland, but I excedently filled 16 years in.
Does anybody know how to change this?

Harsh. How do you know he was lying? Is it one of those better safe then sorry things and you booted him cause most likely he was lying or is it one of those your a mod and someone stepped on your shoes at the post office and you have to take it out somewhere and youd rather not smack your dog around today?

filling in an age lower than 18 gives an automatic ban, no appeals.

Also the content of his posts matched the age given, not the claimed age.

It could be that. Or it could be that his profiles on other sites gave him away.
