Ahaha swims been there...well not the pissing part. Swim had a house party and kicked everyone out when he was coming down. How do you know it's piss? Is it yellow? Does it smell? If it really is urine, this might be worth seeing a doctor over, if it smells, definitely see a doctor.

Speed or not, there are mechanisms in the body to prevent urine and ejaculate from mixing, that's why it's so hard to pee with a boner. If for some reason there is mixing, it may be the sign of other issues (besides being gross).

When you say "pissing instead of cumming" do you mean that something urine-like comes out in the same way the semen should, that semen comes out with urine, or that you think that you are about to cum and then piss by accident (a normal piss that you could carry on or stop once you realised what was happening). If it's one of the first 2 options then you should be worried (and should definitely get medical attention), but SWIM has heard stories of the latter - it's possible that the amphetamine prevented you from stimulating your self enough to cum or activate the mechanisms preventing urination, and this combined with the fact that you didn't have an empty bladder meant that you urinated accidentally.

Keep in mind that the above answer was made by combining a little knowledge with a lot of logical progression, I am no expert on the subject (which I am happy about to be honest), and you might be better off seeking proper medical advice.
