anybody ever use a gravity bong made out of a 2 liter bottle and an ice bath? it's the best high i think..

I personally use a 20 ounce bottle but yes it is the best method of intake for marijuanna. Not only do you get higher off less weed it gets you higher from my pov.

Yes, be warned though: using a bottle too large and taking too much
smoke in the lungs at once can make you sick and give you a bad
headache. I suggest NOT taking an entire 2 liter hit unless you are an
experienced marijuana professional. (or a "pothead" of you wanna be a
dick about it)

Gravity bongs are quite nice, and allow you to use your marijuana very
efficiently. In my area, people refer to them as "buckets" since
they usually place the bottle in a bucket of water. In the past,
I've seen people do gravity bongs in ponds and swimming pools as well.

Ponds and pools are for the unable smoker, IA the smoker not able to consume in thier house. Best tip i can give you is use a 20 ounce bottle or smaller, if you mile a 12 ounce bottle it will be plenty of smoke without the harsh headache or possible sickness as Sting has so graciously pointed out that i obviously forget about... sorry bout that guys.

one thing ive found that makes sure ur bottle fills up nice a white, maxing you hit is to (if ur using a 2 litre bottle) not cut off the bottom, but cut off the tips at the bottom (pretty much making 4 decent sized holes in the bottom). i find this causes the water to come out at a more controlled rate (which helps for when ur more than a few bowls into the session) and always ensures a huge hit. i also like to use the bigger milk jugs (gallon or something, not sure) and cutting a hole in the bottom (size of ur fist should do) which pretty much does the same as i mentioned above. whatever ur method, i can only agree, g bongs get u fuckedup! i love the insane buzz that comes along with each hit, ive never gotten that feeling from any other method of smoking...

i use GBs alot and they do get you pretty high but i suggest the LUNG that thing packs a punch man . and if you have a GB that clears the bowl in one hit then make sure you stop it when you finish the bowl because it will start to taste weird once you start burning the resin. i knew this guy that had a water jug (like the ones in doctors offices and office buildings) and a fifty gallon drum (or anything large enough that holds water) and they it would clear a whole giant bowl and would have enough hits for like 6 people

I use a milk gallon, cut off the very bottom and my sink, WA-LAH!

GB's are most def. one easy to make and use type bong! I use a 2liter
and think anything under is a bit of a waste plus seems easier to
measure the right amount to pack in top without the chance my high ass
isnt going to push down a bit early and send my left overs airborn!
speaking of that are there any cool ways to construct better bowls to
top a GB?

one time i just took the thing off my faucet in my bathroom and melted the top of the soda bottle and it worked perfectly and had a built in screen even though my sink still spits a little funny now. so you may try that or just get creative one day and get really technichal with it or something

ya, my 2 liter of mountain dew has come in handy quite a few times. I do agree that this is one of the best ways to smoke. I havn't put ice in the bottom yet but i will soon as im sure that will only make it 10 times better.

yes lately all i have been smoking out of is 2 litre coke bottle bucket bong...2 bowls with 1/10th of a gram in each and there is no need to smoke anymore...and for those who are afraid of using a 2 litre bottle because ur lungs won't be able to handle such a big hit, u don't have to fill the entire 2 litre bottle when u take a hit, u can just lift the bottle half way up, and then push down, or cut the bottle half way instead of right at the bottom

anyones ever blacked/passed out after taking a gravity? I remember whenswim first started hitting the GBit was so intense andafter the secondhit hejust lookedup andfell on the floor and didnt move for almost an hour he could hear his friendstalking to him and kicking his legs but he just didnt careto respond or moveI guess its not like passing out but whenswim holds a G-hit after like ten seconds guaranteed to make me black out

bet ya dollars to donutz you were standing up when you took that gb. swim does upwards often gb's everyday and still makes sure he can ripthe GB and keep his ass on the couch because he often gets lightheaded and sometimes willpassout for a second (not in a bad way tho, well like that game where u breathe fast and someone pushes on ur chest)....actually its a pretty nice feeling.....


however what happend with your friend sounds different and swim can offer no explanation other than that freind is a super lightweight, than again no medical background swim knows nothing.


swim uses a gatorade bottle that is 3.8 liters which is a gallon, but the gatorade gallons are shaped perfectly to fit in a bucket whereas the milk ones are a pain in the ass.


and remember kids, its not the size of your bottle, its the density of the smoke!


no doubt that gbongs will get you the highest, but there kinda anti social, ya know one bowl one toke no circle......actually swim kind of sees them as the syringe of pot use.


as far as constructing a bowlpiece the only way swim knows is melting a metal bowlpiece right into the cap, works perfectly, mainly no fuckin with tin foil.


anything else...hmm well if you live somewhere warm you can construct a giant gbong and you actually got to swim into the chamber!!!


goes like this, get the biggest garbage bag you can possibly find, two hoola hoops, and a liberty bell metal bowlpiece (any huge bowlpiece).


first grasp the concept which is turning your garbage bag into basic the bottle part of the gbong and use a lake or pool as ur bucket. In order to do this first cut your hoola hoops to fit the circumference of the garbage bag, (far easier than it sounds).now stuff the first hoola hoop into the bottom of the bag so the bottom of the bag takes the shape of the hoola hoop, attach with ductape. next position your second hoola hoop the same way except on the top of the garbage bag holding it open.


So what you should have now is a cylinder shaped garbage bag. (if you dont my directions suck cuz its simple). Now you must be creative and decide what you feel is the best way to attach the bowlpiece to the bottom of the garbage bag, keeping in mind airtightness and ease of lighting.swim ductaped a CD to the bottom of the garbage bag and than fit the bowlpiece to the hole in the middle of the CD as best he could just so there would be some shape to the top of the gbong.

congratulations your done: you should have a cylinder shaped garbage bag with a bowlpiece snuggly atached to the bottom of the garbage bag.


how it works: first of all you need at least one other person. take that other person and find somewhere you can swim with very shallow water (waist deep, chest deep tops, remember garbage bags arent very tall). After you've done that pack the bowlpiece hold upright and walk waist deep, now put the end of the garbage bag with the opening against the bottom of your swimming surface while you and your friends step on the hoola hoop to secure it to the bottom of the water. Next have your friend light the bowlpiece and pull the garbage bag up VERY slowly, now swim into the chamber sit there take a few deep breaths and swim back out. and BE CAREFUL.

The best way for swiy to save weed and get hammered is hot knives, swim loves his hot knives. Just heat up two knives and squeeze a small piece of hash between the red hot knives. Someone else uses a bottle with the bottom cut away, and pushing the hot knives into the bottle, squeeze the weed between them, and someone sucks the smoke out of the bottle. Now that's good smoking. Also bucket bongs, just fill a bucket with water, cut the bottom off a bottle and then make a foil removable lid for the small end of the bottle. Put the bottle down in the water with the small end at the top, now put on your foil lid, fill lid with weed. Lite it with ya lighter and slowly pull it up through the water and the smoke will get sucked in to the bottle and once filled and at the top. Take the foil lid off. Exhale, then suck the smoke out of the bottle as you push it down, it empties of smoke and fills with water. Just another good way to save ya weed and get hammered.

SwiWE call them "bucket's" here in australia too. Haven't had a bucket in year's, but yes, swim remember's getting really fuckin smashed with her bro around the bucket. We just used to use a 2 litre coke bottle and a bucket of cold water.

Another method SwiWe used to use was what we called a 'Bagget'. SwiWe used to take a 1.25litre coke bottle and chop the bottom bit off (about 10cm off the bottom) and we used to sticky tape a plastic bag on the end (surely i don't need to explain how to do this) so it was nice and tightly sealed. SwiWe then made a hole in the coke bottle lid to fit the cone in (just like the bucket). So then swiyou stuff the plastic bag up inside the coke bottle. You pack your cone and screw it on the coke bottle. Spark up the cone and slowly pull the plastic bag outta the bottle until all the cone has finished. Swiyou take the lid of quickly and INHALE and inhale bloody fast too because it's as harsh as hell. But fuck it get's you wasted. Haven't done this in year's either, LOVE my billy way too much.
