Dose - Maximum first-time dose?

I'm just curious as towhat the maximum amount of DXM you or someone you know would give to a friend for their first time. Wouldlike answers inmg/kg. I know they say DXM becomes toxic around 20-30mg/kg and that is a lot of DXM. But everyone's body is different. SWIM wants to give capsules of pure DXM HBrto friends to give them a good experiencebut doesn't want to kill them. SWIM was thinking 3.8mg/kg - 4.6mg/kg. What do youthink?

3.8mg/kg should be fine. For me, weighing 68kg, 3.8mg/kg would be about
260mg. I took 240mg my first time and that was plenty for my first
trip. You don't want to make them trip too hard their first time of
course since you're not sure of their reactions or if they will like it
or not. They should definitely feel it with that amount.

SWIM's first time was about 7.1mg/kg (354mg at 50 kilos), and that was

definitely a little strong. That was a long time ago, but SWIM

remembers that it was a BIG surprise, and was very dissociated for a

few hours.



So based on that, if a friend wants to try it, definitely dose them lower

than that, like an absolute max of 5.5mg/kg,
and make damn sure they

know what to expect. DXM can be really
freaky if you don't understand

what's happening.

first time i would say 320 mg for a good trip.

i woulnt eat more than 250mg for the first time, i also recommend to boost the trip with additional doses around 150mg.

yea 200-400 is great first time, below 200 is ok somewhat, and above i wouldnt not recoomend for first time at all.


I would take 250 with a glass of OJ before, during and after ingestion, and it should be fun!
