Red Dawn vs GHR: What's the difference?

swim never did GHR (made by Red Dawn), but from what swim heard, it's sposedly a downer, while Red Dawn is spose to emulate xtc.

but really, is there a difference? do they both taste like shit? both do the same thing trip wise?
