Eye drops?

Does anyone know of any eye drops that can get rid of or reduce redness from smoking weed? If you know of more than one type, recommendations?

It's just my imaginary friend has a job as a cashier and enjoys to smoke beforehand to relieve the boredom of part time work, and doesn't want any of the customers or his superiors to find out he is under the influence.
