Question Gbl use and working out

Swim likes to work out. He keeps his drug use in moderation because of it. Most drugs he likes (amphetamine, mdma ...) are not really good for gaining weight because of known reasons, and swim really is a hard-gainer as well so that doesn't make things more easy.

Swim wonders how healthy gbl/ghb really is and how much it will affect his health when used, say 3 times per week for an undefined amount of time? Swim has the feeling that gbl (he is planning on making ghb) really is more healthy then most other drug, there really is no comedown, he even feels refreshed after (although this could be just temporarily?).

2 days ago swim worked out while he had taken gbl an hour before. Strange thing is, swim has more sore muscles then usual. Would you think that would be from training harder, or simply because of the gbl which has a negative effect (although swim read something about gbl/ghb being helpful for sore muscles but doesn't know if this information is correct).

Thanks.
