Good Lookin'

Swim knows there was a similar thread but it has been closed.

It talked about cool looking pills.

Swim thought of one which swim has never seen but thought would be awesome.

Pills in the shape of a 3 or 4 leaf clover, spade shaped, club shaped like cards also.

Has anyone ever come across anything like this?
