Opinions - Which Drug Did It?

Last night someone who was not me ingested 55 Morning Glory seeds and 130mg of DXM only cough syrup, and had smoked Salvia Divinorum hours before. About 6 hours after ingesting both, SWIM had finally peaked and was experiencing closed eye visuals, that consisted of very definite and smooth blue shapes and patterns that sort of flickered and morphed and were made of lines thick lines. SWIM does not know which drug caused these CEVs, and would greatly appreciate some input. Swim had a slight body buzz from the MG but not nearly enough to be completely tripping, just the sensation that something is going to happen and waves of a very odd feeling. SWIm figures the hallucinations were due more so to the DXM but also believes the MG had a small but definite role as well, considering it was a small dose of MG, just above threshold. Any opinions?

since those are small doses of both drugs, the drugs were probably synergizing in some cool way. 130mg of dxm should not cause any visuals in most people and niether should 55 MG seeds.

Could Melatonin possibly have had an effect?

probably not. I beleive ive heard on this forum that melatonin doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, so taking melatonin really may not have an effect on anything at all.

Well this combo was amazing that night, according to this guy. He thinks the MG had much more effect on him than he thought, considering he just took 130mg of DXM in cough syrup, and does not have the sense of profundity he had that night. He describes the sense of profundity he felt as very near to that of LSD, but less intense, and much more social. And since it felt so much like LSD, it must have been the MG. There is a considerably more intense feeling of drunkenness with the same dose of DXM, minus the Morning Glory.
