SWIM and his friend are going to leeds fest. He just had an idea, when he went to glastonbury he missed a lot of it while he was sleeping, so SWIM and his friend are going to buy lots of Speed and stay awake for the whole thing!

My first question is: Would it be advisablt to do this for someone who has never taken the drug before?

Secondly, how much will they need?

Couple of things... What is Leeds Festival & how long is it? What is "speed" referring to in the UK? Do any of swiurfriends do speed?

It is three days... never been, but it's three days in August. Swim'd say swiy better get some sleep... but shit, I'm sure tis been done before.

well ppl dont sleep on leeds fest ... and yeah speed will keep u awake for 3 days, u will have a good time dont worry.

it has been done before but swib would suggest sleep. One might have a bad reaction to said substance if never been done before. Than one is stuck there awake. Or have panic attact or many other comlications. If one is to try it one does not have to stay awake the whole time. but a night. but it is a strong drug for a first choice

Ah ok, maybe SMIM should just do it on saturday night. How many grams will he need? (it will probably be of fairly good quality but not amazing). Also SWIM will also be drinking and smoking weed, will it interfere with that? He'll probably take loads of other things as well

If Swiy's tollerance is zero then 2 grams for staying up 3 days should be more then enough but he should watch out when mixing with alcohol.You won't get drunk and when heavy on amphetamine he might keep drinking and drinking and drink himself into an accident(Swim speaks out of experience).So this is how Swim would do it: Start drinking and enjoying weed until he's nicely amused,try to pull this as long as possible(the end of day one should be doable seems to me),then when Swiy gets really sleepy you can switch on the amph(tho it is best to sleep to save the reserves the amph will consume).After that on the following days Swim can only recommend,tho you won't have any hunger,that you do eat and drink(not to much alcohol caus the amp will dehydrate his body very quickly+the dancing will only worsen that,mix with enough water).Every now and then take a brake and smoke a J if he's racing to hard.He can sit down now and then but never get to chilled out because he probably will fall asleep(on the last night/day).Ow and watch out with mixing with other drugs,especially on the last night nothing trippy,Swim's seen many go very paranoid due to combo sleep deprivation/acid/shrooms.Just don't push it to far

Depends on how strong it is.Swim's had speed that keeps you all week going with just 1g and has seen that doesn't even keep him high for 2hrs.Well my rabbit would say that Swiy take a reserve with him because he doesn't know how well you resist the stuff.Take a small pile along,you can later see how much your rabbit needs,he can later sell the stuff there if he has had enough

SWIM intends to go crazy at some point . Will save that for later incase it gets too crazy . Define a pile? I think he'll just go ahead and buy 10g. What can you mix it with? I suppose depressants don't work so they could take E and Coke?

Would avoid taking much stimulants at a time.One never knows what the reaction might be.Your rabbit can ease down on the amph some point and than drop in the E.Would stay away from the coke while on amph since it both put a great deal of strain on ones heart(so does E but a lot less it seems to Swims experience).It's a waste of money anyway to mix both.Save the coke for the beginning or when the rabbit gets home.Depressants are a total waste since it will only ruin bunny's amph+it's dangerous(really it is).Except GHB but then the risk the rabbit goes KO get real high.Keep the E for a magical moment(it's in fact a one shot thing,once Mr.Bunny's gone he can't get more wasted by taking more since your tollerance develops freaking fast and dies only slowly,it only shortens the overall experience.Ow keep some speed left for when the family goes home because they probably else will never get their asses up.Ok enough crap for now.10gs should be more then fine but don't snort like hell.Just enjoy the high and don't try to push it to the limit because everything that goes out has to be replaced again and that takes quite some time+a heavy bodyload.Just drink enough water(but not to much)and if Bunnys stomach feels wasted then eat something.The Bunny should explore for himself what combos he likes most but Swim hopes the advice was of some help...

Hello,

Swim is planning on doing the same thing, although is in debate about whether to attend Leeds or Reading.. anyway, here is swim's advice.

If you're getting it cheap , then why not buy a little more than you'll need, that way you'll have enough to share (alot of trading occurs at festivals so it's definately worth having something to barter with)

Definately buy some weed, or some sort of downers (Swim has a temazepam prescription but thats just swim) because after being up for 3 days you will want to sleep!!

So swim's shopping list would look something like this (hypothetically)

4-5 grams of base (2 for self, 3 for sharing/trading)
1/2 ounce of weed (for coming down, relaxing)
Temazepam/downers (for when you get home and you want to sleep)

If you've got a little extra money, it might be worthwhile picking up a few e's (or some MDMA if you can afford it) so that you're really enjoying yourself at the peak of the night.

Not cheap, but then again, it's only once a year so you want to make sure you're well supplied.

Make sure you take a good month or so off after this though as your body will need alot of time to recover.

Base is powerful stuff - be careful & start small. A couple of grams should be more than sufficient for all your panda's, & probably a couple of his mates insomniac needs!

start small if one must 2gs is more than enough to stay awake for 3 days if good. So if one got that that should be more than enough. Is this something one has to do? If so maybe try a small amount before the festi that way if one does not like it they are in a more comfortable place. On can also see how strong the stuff is before hand and answer some questions oneself.

Yeah I'll probably have a try of it first. I'm loving the look of your shopping list blondie . How bad for you is this stuff? I've been having a problem waking up in the mornings (to the extent that I've gone completely nocturnal) would it be safe to take a tiny bit every morning just to wake me up? I'm ok with being tired as long as I'm out of bed

Well, it can be quite addictive so try not to use it with regularity..

Swim has used it for studying etc every day for a fortnight, stopped, and had no ill effects, but everyone is different.

If you use it too much you could find yourself feeling disorientated or unable to concentrate without it..

But yes swim had the same problem, swim is on prescription for temazepam due to insomnia, so was on the old uppers/downers thing for a while.. doesn't do you much good mate.

Try coffee if you don't mind the taste and save the billy whizz for when you're going out and about =)

Although, to directly answer your question, swim thinks that theoretically, aside from your chances of getting hooked etc, swim supposes you could have a little dab each morning to get you going without any particularly bad consequences (none more so that coffee and cigarettes like most people)

In that case it really depends on your strength of mind.

Swim is taking his A Levels at the moment (and is fairly sure he has ADHD), so he self-medicates with amphetamines here and there to aid concentration (much like students in the US with Adderall)

It's really down to Swiy, just be aware that it is very addictive, and if you can do without it then do.

would rather people err on the side of caution, saves it being defamed and turing into a policefest.
