Combinations - Up all day...need to come down...help!

HI- During the day i keep myself up on whatever is available. Right now its adderall and energy pills. Any other suggestions?

Also, after styaing up like that I am bouncing off the walls at 4AM and need to go to sleep. I always have vicodin, percs, klinopin, ambien, flexeril...any suggestions on a nice cocktail from these?
