feel very light headed

Hello,

Swim is not a smoker, although swim does use amphetamines, mdma etc on occasion, every few weeks, and also smokes the odd bit of weed here and there if it's going around.

Anyway, Swim doesn't know how to roll, so took advantage of some tobacco in his house and learnt to roll, after doing this, swim decided he may aswell smoke it since otherwise it'd either go stale/get thrown out.

About halfway through smoking this cigarette (only tobacco, nothing else), Swim felt VERY lightheaded and had to throw said cigarette away.

Swim has not done any kind of drugs since last friday (had some 2eC pills and a little weed)

Swim is wondering why, when he does these other drugs and can keep his head (and can drink quite a bit too), Swim is affected SO much by a simple cigarette?

Is this normal in someone who doesn't smoke?

Any ideas would be great, please leave your thoughts!
