please read. swim needs to know what is happening

hey guys, swim has been shooting up for a while in this one certain vein. Yesterday, where he shoots up started getting very sore. He felt his arm and there is like a hard ball type thing under his skin and it is VERY sore. its right next to the vein he always shoots in. when u look at swims arm the "ball" is pretty swolen. if swim kinda lightly pinches it he can feel that it is hard and is not supposed to be there. does anyone know what this is!?!?!? its really freaking swim out
