rectal injecting adderall?

SWIM would like to know just for the sake of research can you inject adderall
in your rectum?
If so is it safe...and how would one Go about it...

Yes, amphetamine can be absorbed by the rectal membrane so Adderall should technically be able to be absorbed that way. I am not familiar with how it should be prepared, for that SWIY should probably look for common methods people use to inject pills that route. I would say just dissolve crushed powder in water, but I don't know what the side effects of the pill fillers would be so I would get a second opinion. Also, technically SWIY can use smaller doses if using rectal absorption because this bypasses first pass metabolism (stomach acids breaking down amphetamine molecules and not absorbing them).

AFOAF has been injecting 20mg of Adderall into the bum then waits about 3 hours and injects another 20mg. Has been doing this for two months.

She hasn't had any side effects that she has noticed. She wondered how safe it was in long-term use with this method. Don't know the answer to what happens down the road.

This technique may prove difficult if using the XR formulation.

1. There would be tons of tiny balls to crush...
2. Roughly half of the balls would be soluble in water and the other half contain their meds trapped in a waxy matrix (like OC's)...for delayed absorption (that is, when taken thru the opposite end of GI tract..not sure how or even IF it'd be absorbed by the bunghole).
