where do the pills go when snorted

i used the search but couldnt find anything on it.
what route do the pills take when snorted. strait to lungs, brain, or does it enter the blood stream through the membrane in the nose

Seriously though . . when snorted the Morphine which is in a salt for penetrates the sinus membrane barrier and is carried into the blood stream almost strait to the BBB.

One thing i have heard is the veins in the sinus cavity are easy to get blocked with powder, so if swiyou snort alot without cleaning up afterwards, like snorting water, it all just goes down your throat in the drip or stays dormant in the nose. So those ppl who snort 10 vikes trying to get off are better off just crushing and drinking them or eating them.

SWIY would be better off doing a cold water extraction. Snorting 5+g of material is asinine. There is only so much surface area in a human's paranasal sinuses and they are useful not being clogged up with binders and APAP. That much material won't be able to be dissolved by the mucus membranes. If something can't be dissolved then it can't even make it into the veins.

I don't know about the water thing mentioned above. (Snorting water to clean out the junk.) Somebody told SWIM about that once, and he tried it. His nose got jam packed like it was full of concrete, and it stayed like that for a week or two. He said his nose has never quite been the same. So I'd be careful about trying that. Maybe it depends on what it's cut with.

Oh yeah, as others have already stated, it's the nasal membrane where the stuff gets absorbed- so don't think you need to sniff so hard that it goes directly to the lungs. That's not the goal.

SWIM has never had a problem with it with any kind of powder or pill, its pretty common in my region (northwest usa). People dont seem to like blowing their noses afterwards, and sniffling all day sucks.

And Swim lived all over New England and said hes never known anybody to do cold water extractions. Im not debating that its better or not, just stating that being in the pill scene for 15 or so years its strange that i hear of this first through this forum. Is c.w.extraction commonplace where you guys are from?

The cold water extraction is more of a matter of common sense. The amount of acetaminophen in the pills consumed is toxic to the body, considering the number of pills abused recreationally. This is the reason why many people using pills will end up having complications with their liver.
