Smoking Salvia Divinorum for first time?

Hello, is it normal to feel like shit the first time u smoke 20x Salvia Divinorum if its your first time with any Salvia Divinorum Also whats the best way to smoke it in a glass pipe like would you smoke it on its own or with tobacco or anything? thanks.

Define "shit" - did SWIY have a bad trip, or did he feel physically ill?

The most recognised way of smoking S. Divinorum extract is with a water pipe/bong, using a blow torch or jet lighter (regular lighters or matches don't burn hot enough to fully vaporise the Salvinorin A, the active component of Salvia).

It can bring about very intense, dissasociative experiences, which can be disorienting or overwhelming for new users, especially if they aren't prepared.

Shit as in soft and squishy, felt nausea, lungs burned,headache, felt disoriented or disassociated

sounds sort of right, lungs burned probly because swiy has fresh lungs, SWIM gets tingling not burning but he does heat up. Disorientation and dissassociation are normal and so as soft and squishy(swim actually sinks into whatever he is laying on). Nausea could be from the disorientation. How much did swiy pack in? swiy might have a high tolerance meaning swiy needs more or higher x. SWIM used like 2mg of 20x salvia to produce a moderate trip. Much lower than most probably.

Mixing it with anything isn't necessary and SWIM would advise against at a high x. Some mix regular leaf with marijuana. people say it synergies SWIMs not sure since he stopped smoking weed before he even knew of salvia.

first time swim tried salvia, it was either 10x or 15x, he had such a great afterglow, and felt the whole world was perfect and everything fit like a puzzle. he felt that way for the rest of the day, then the next day the feeling was cut in half, but lasted over a week.
