quick fix: surefire ways to get better. please.
yes, ive did the search engine thing.
but info is so scattered. and debated. and even dated in some cases. so please. dont freakin yell at the 'newbie." anyhow. some sadhu I sat with in India on the banks of the river ganga told me, over a glass of piss, that he took a bit too much molly, over a too short time span. now, he doesnt have access to a computer, so he asked me (I havent fully renounced the world, btw) if I could ask yu good and enlightened people so surefire ways to aid in speedy recovery. if not speedy, at least surefire. the sadhu says since he used all the molly, hes now a bit dizzy during the days, and feels super lethargic. hes using the vitamin and exercise suggestions all the time. but still. he doesnt feel too swell. so. please give a list of things that can be done to alleviate the dizziness, and overall BLAH feeling. can be quite worrisome. he told me. thanx ahead. sadhu |

It will go away with time. How long has it been since your friend on the Ganges consumed the molly? 5HTP usually is a good choice directly after the high is over, not necessarily the thing once the negative effects have already settled in. Generally speaking a common speculation would be that if it is just this one time use of molly, then the effects should be over quickly. If prior frequent uses have occurred then the effects will drag on for a longer amount of time. All told the effects should be over within a week most likely.

The most effective way is to stop believing the E has caused your friend by the ganges any damage whatsoever, because it's most likely it hasn't.
The more you believe you have damaged yourself the more damaged you will feel and the more you will notice the "symptoms". |

ah. while I DO hear you about the whole mind/body thing. the sadhu over there at the ganga says heck no. and hes quite a master o' the body/mind perceptions. been studying that stuff ad nauseam.
he says his head gives him strange 'pulse like' feelings that result in a dizzy vibe. it feels, he claims, like transmitters are firing duds. hard to explain. and something that is not quite a headache, but a dull pain is with him for days now. and, alas, this is farrrrr from the first time he did molly. powder. 'pure' mdma, they say. think its catching up to him,, and yes hes quite ashamed at his overindulgance..... ah, I told him it could be that darned ganga tap water hes been drinkin.... thanx so much for the info and heart. bless. |

The best medicine would probably be abstinence in this case, just waiting until things clear up. Then if further use is desired, careful analysis of dosage and frequency in the future.

L-tyrosine would also be a good option as it provided much more of a "quick fix" to lethargy, mental exhaustion and other physical problems for SWIM after MDMA than 5-HTP alone. Recommend 2,500mg as soon coming down starts. 5-HTP and L-tyrosine taken together works extremely well.
