Benzodiazepine Test: >5000 ng/ml high?

A Friend of a Friend of SWIM had a benzodiazepine drug test positive at a level of >5000ng/ml after 7 days of abstinence, he had used several benzodiazepines Diazepam, Flurazepam, Flunitrazepam, Oxazepam. He has no more specific level, the laboratory only wrote >5000ng/ml.

Is this as much as he thinks? How much weeks of abstinence does it take to test negative at this levels?
Does some SWIY know some levels of people being testet for benzodiazepines?
