Swim used to have a big oxy and morphine addiction, on days where he had money he would do 40mg oxys and on days where he didn't have much he would do 60mg of morphine. Swims area didn't have much to any heroin near it so he and a buddy would drive down to chicago and get it off of street dealers. Swim loved how it felt. Morphine seemed to give a very short intense rush while oxys hit hard and lasted long. H seemed to have a more gradual onset but fucked swim up just as good as the oxys and for around half the price after swim found a more local source.

swim is still young and doesn't have much experience with opiates, but has tried a handful such as
vicodine, percs, oxycontin (pill), morphine pilled, and liquid, and opium, and suboxone.
none of the opiates swim has done even comes close to morphine (60mg, no tolerance) because swim was overly happy and felt like he would float away if his feet werent so heavy. but swim does love the laughs swim gets when the vicodine kicks in, but that happend with morphine to. the opium was very close since afterall, it does have morphine in it, but after a while i just got a long stone feeling, unlike the morphine which was all out bliss

All almost neck to neck racing there. Very interesting to see the trend and how it has developed. One wonders if people could leave something a little more descriptive of why they find their specific chosen opiate more euphoric or enjoyable if possible.

Swim has taken all of these opiates and more with the exception of oxymorphone which swim has never seen or heard of anyone in his area who have gotten or tried it.
Swims always had oxycodone as his top choice by far!!! Always insufflated at about 30-40mgs. Fentanyl and methadone would be his second favs tied up with each other. Hydromorphone was a very nice body high when swim sniffed 4mgs while his tolerance was fairly low! Hydrocodone is a very nice high and a very clear high also.
Swim forgot about heroin and tramadol also. Swim has much experience with tramadol and thinks it is a fairly decent substance. With tramadol swim never has gotten "high" with doses as large as 500-600mgs but has always gotten a nice long lasting buzz and general sense of well being.
Heroin is very, very close with oxy to swim!!! Hes only done tar about 4 or 5 times but each time was greatly euphoric and somewhat stimulant like. Oxycodone gives swim the same effects as heroin only it seems to be a clearer high to swim.
Methadone gives swim a really strong buzz with a great sense of euphoria at dosages of 30-45mgs. Swim has much experience with methadone and likes that he can take 40mgs in the morning and be zooting all day and a little bit into the next day!!!
Now with fentanyl swim has only tried it twice. The first time was years back when swim had very, very low tolerance to opiates. Swim just had his second experience with it about 2 weeks back. He put on a 1\4 of a 100mic\hr at 1:00pm and didn't start to feel the effects for about 8 hrs. The rest of that day was just really chill and laid back. The next day swim cut off a 1\3 of the piece he had and chewed it and put it between his gums for about an hr or so. Swim was soo opiated as he calls it, it was very, very nice!!!
Swim has used quite a bit of MS Contin in the past to however these times were when swim was without access to any other opiates!!! Swim absolutely hates morphine!!! It has a very sloppy feeling, not a good sense of well being or anything.
Sorry for the extra long post but swim is on his favs right this moment! He started the night at 30mgs of oxy, then another 15mgs and 20mgs hydrocodone about 3 hrs later, and just about 2 hrs ago he sniffed 20mgs more of oxycodone and took 20mgs of methadone. So that is why swim is blabbering away about all of his experiences. lol

swim has a high tolerance for opiates swim have tried oxycodone,hydrocodone,morphine pill,suboxone,oxycontin, but the only one that gets swim to his desired effects is methadone in pill or liquid form

I like oxycodone hcl IR best, I have yet to ever use oxycontin ER though, if there is any difference when snorted. I get oxycodone IR for chronic pain. I like it because all I have to snort is 5mg to get a nice rush and a nice high for about an hour, and that way it works best for pain as well. I dont like to snort more than 10mg at one time as it makes me uncomfortable. Thats why I am so amazed when I see people on here who can snort 40mg oxy, I think that would kill me. Ive never been able to snort any other opiate because of the other chemicals involved. I like hydrocodone, 15mg, probably second to oxycodone.

WHAT? SWIMS Vote is for Oxycodone by far, in any form pill, powder, or liquid, and by any name, Oxycontin, roxicet, percocet but swims fav. choice would be OC 80s cleaned, crushed, and snorted.

WHY? because of tolearable side effects, excellent feeling of euphoria and helps SWIM with anxiety issues more than any other treatment has

Swim would definitely say fentanyl patches. One patch lasted swim days, and when the patch runs out subcutaneously, swim cuts an edge off and eats the jell. The feeling is by far the best ever experienced.

Swim has got to say fentanyl. It hits harder than any other. It is one of the only drugs swim can take and actually feel something.

swiS totally agrees w/ swiChillin' , he totally goes for Heroin. He was actually Shocked! to see how low it was on the poll.

But then, swiS got to thinking back before his Smack days....popping a few Vicodin ES'ers and just floating for hours.....Then it was popping a few Oxy's.....Then to the dope.....Sniffing.....Then to the IV.

This is where swiS seemed to find his true love. The Heroin experience for swiS is twofold.....1st. The Rush!!! oh, the Rush...what else can he say! 2nd. comes the nice opiate belly butterflies, euphoria, etc. swiWe all know and love.

swiS is currently on 115mg/day of Methadone, which he also enjoys....Not so much Euphoria...but a nice feeling for a bit. This Methadone usage pretty much eliminates the possibility of anything except higher Heroin doses, or maybe Fentanyl. Speaking of Fentanyl, swiS enjoys it, but never got much actual euphoria from it.....a nice warm rush from injection, but then mainly just a hard nod and 1/2 sleep kinda feeling.

Bottomline is: All of them on the poll are nice, BUT if anyone plays with them enough (without some serious control), the trend is GUARANTEED to drift towards the stronger drugs......i.e. Those picking Codeine now, given availability(of others) and continued use, will for sure pick Oxy's or Heroin or something a year from now. Once again, this is based on the open (or at least somewhat open) availability of the other Opiates. This availability factor is why swiS thinks the poll looks like it does in the first place.

swiS will conceed that he can agree with those who commented on the dosage "Control" of pharm. meds vs. street Heroin. swiS is always a bit concerned w/ a new bag (although mostly worried about it being shit....as his tolerance provides some layer of protection from a highly pure sample). Being able to discern swiY dose is a good thing which is difficult to do w/ street heroin.

Anyway, that's swiS's 2cents.

PS: Would really be nice to see the same poll in one year, and the difference in choice of the same users. For Sure, if they are still involved with opiates, a huge percentage of them will have migrated to the "Stronger" of the opiates, or at least the manner of taking it (sniff, smoke, IV) searching for the higher intake...better high......That's the big prob. w/ opiates...that Fucking! tolerance......swiS wishes he could go back and get off on a couple Vic's.

For SWIM, it has got to be either Heroin, Morphine or Oxycodone. Heroin and Morphine last longer than Oxycodone, but Oxycodone is just a bit more euphoric it seems. SWIM is getting some Oxymorphone and Hydromorphone in a few weeks, which he has never tried before. He'll be IV'ing the Hydromorphone and snorting, possible IV'in the Oxymorphone as well. So maybe SWIMs favorite list would change and Oxy/Hydromorphone will take up some of the places, but he'll report back when he has the two new drugs. SWIM will wait with placing a vote untill he has tried those two potent pearls of opioid goodness as well.

Swims favourite is opium for the effects but it is non existant where i live ive had it once unless it was mexican tar heroin but it seemed cleaner than the powder H and much stronger than the powder H round here in the pin and on the foil! any ideas what it was any1!!?? Swims favourite pharmacutical from a chemist is called Diconal. Still u lot would never of had it as its illegal schedule 1 in the u.s and palfium i think!) Its very very rare it comes in 10mg Dipipanone hydrochloride combined with 30mg Cyclizine hydrochloride, as pink tablets Branded Diconal in u.k wellconal in south africa. It has major cult status in uk+ireland(now banned in ireland) as being the no.1 dissolved and injected pain killer tablet in the uk(used to do 5-7 in one go!!! up the mainline!!!) amongst opioid addicts in the know!!!only other tablets considered worth injecting were peach palfium dextromoramide 10mg tabs white 5mg palfium followed by narphen 5mg in 3rd place. mst's considered far to much hassle dam wax binders in uk. Unfortunatly ive been told that Palfium has been discontinued. Shame 10mg palfium was same as 15-25mg of morphine sulphate peak effect but with only a 3 hour life faster acting high felt closest to heroin in intensity+pleasure than any other opioids synthetic or natural, just shorter acting! Now i have to make do with 1-3 200mg mst continus tablets 80mg meths(dont take all of it though going to holland to meth detox soon!)2 5mg diazepam and 2 5mg nitrazepam a day. Any body know any simple ways to make mst's work faster im taking to much really because its time release can anybody help PLEASE!?! confused depressed sexually frustrated single man pineing for a lady!!!!

Phaze voted for codiene because it seems to go with pot the best. Sometimes it makes him sleepy and if he does go to sleep on it he feels refreshed and rested. Others very relaxed and social.

Hydrocodone makes him itchy and he has never done anythign considered to be "hard" opiates or opium.

SWIM has used, fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone, codeine, hydromorphone, opium, morphine, oxymorphone, meperidine, methadone and has been using heroin for 7+ years (on and off)...basically, SWIM is a VERY experienced opiate used and his favorites are...
#1) Dilaudid - it is such a clean high and was very euphoric (SWIM had dilaudid in a PCA pump for 24 hours in the hospital after major shoulder reconstruction)
#2) Heroin - just because SWIM has used her so much
#3) Fentanyl - also a very clean high, however not as euphoric, but still very nice.

people have a tendency to pick whichever opiate is stronger or more potent mg for mg....but if you ask me.....hydrocodone produces and nicer buzz than oxycodone.....and meperidine is great too....and mg for mg its weaker than codeine

Swim has never tried Opium or Fentanyl (and always wanted to). Swim has tried hydrocodone, oxycodone, and heroin. Heroin was by far swim's favorite, though it lead him into a life of self destructive behavior for 2 years. In a way swim hates heroin the most, but in terms of the high, it's by far the best he's tried.
