Can swim simply eat San Pedro powder mixed with hot water?
Swim consumed 15 grams of powdered San Pedro in hot water with lemon juice and a little honey. He didn't boil it up, simply added hot water to a mug containing the dried cactus, honey and lemon. He then stirred it up and drank until he had consumed it all. He then ate the remaining powder at the bottom of the mug.
Swim felt nothing. Was the dose too low or was his ingestion method faulty? Sorry if there are threads on this Swim searched but couldn't find an answer.
