Numb Lips?

SWIDP did a DMT extraction recently and their lips where getting a littlenumb when they smoked it. SWIDP never read any effects like this about DMT before.Anyone ever experience that?

i had the same effect when smoking 5-meo-dmt. my lips where slighly numb after smoking. dont know if this is a local-anaesthetic or an effect of the drug in the brain.

SWIM feels the opposite, like he burned his lips, after smoking 5-MeO-DMT.

I'd say that's a tactile hallucination rather than a physical effect.

There's also a strong possibility that your DMT may be contaminated NaOH from a home extraction.



Most of the online TEK's don't deal with removing the base from the end product.

Good question, I have has the same numbing sensation but was at a threshold amount so I wasnt hallucinating, or at least didnt think I was. The TEK I used did remove the NaOH so I dont think that was a problem........

Swim felt the same thing. Swim felt his lips feel cold, numb, and
wet (all part of being numb I guess). Since Swim was tripping, he
thought his lips were liquid and were melting off though.

Yea i just smoke sum too irst time for me and any hallucengen i liked it i kept seeing waves and snake liek thing in my head and kinda had teh scene of my school for sum reason i guesse cause i got off school liek an horu agao... oh well...and i felt a strong physical thing i tried walkinga nd could barely do it im still high off of it .. the after effetc are much liek salvia having a cleared mind and lots of insight to things.. i liek DNT...


Whats u guys best mothod for weighing out ur sodes i guessed mine... teh peak lasted about 3 minsor 5... i dotn think i got all the smoek in but enough...


I smoked it on sum alluminum foil... first teh crystals melted and then teh liquid started smokin.. i was a lil hesitant at first cause i thoguth i was smokin naptha ro sumshit...


But i justa irritating feeling in lips now kinda...and i remeber that being one of teh physical effect during my trip...


Last thing i was listeing to music and this intensified the physical effect it was great

i just smoked more but i got no visuals? and does this stuff usually smoke alot cause i was getting hits of alot of smoke after teh melted stuff was gone..... also not i have taht burning effetc in my tonge rite on teh tip rite where all teh smoke went... actually its not a burning feeling it feels numb liek i rubbed a lil bit of oragel on it. u known teh gum stuff tehy use for teething babies.... is thsi normal with DMT or is this NAOH or naptha im smoking also??? my crystals had a yellow tint

how long did you wait before smoking again? Generally you have to wait at least an hour before smoking again or its just going to be pretty much a waste. if your having trouble with the tin foil try layering some parcley in a pipe and take some rips. Make sure you hold in the smoke as long as you can.

You have to wait an hour? Oh, thats good to know. Swim had
some minor visual effects that lasted less than half a minute
afterwards. This happened even after smoking a lot.

Ok so wait an hour after... i noticed that when i kept smokin afterwards i wouldnt feel shit, then i tried it liek 2 hours after and had a another great trip.


DMT is pretty sweet... is teh best way to smoke it with a bulb pipe? Does DMT crystals always melt?

Yeah, Swim thinks that DMT crystals, but he tells me that its hard to
know for sure since he doesnt look at the crystals since he is the one
smoking it, kind of hard to do. But regardless, he recalls seeing
other peoples crystals melt when the flame is put up to the crack
pipe. Swim isnt sure what a bulb pipe is... Is a bulb pipe
like a crack pipe? Regardless, Swim has tried the crack pipe and
he thinks it works wonders. He also tried a vaporizor, but that
was not a good way to do it he thinks.

there is an actual light bulb technique that i have heard of people using and they have said that it works pretty good, the absolute best way to smoke Dmt would be in an actual dmt pipe. You are probably going to have to order one though because they are pretty rare.

i think the reason it burns/numbs the membranes is due to it being a freebase.
