Combinations - does capsaicin(cayenne pepper) interact with anything?

SWIM takes cayenne pepper capsules he get from the health food store. they have worked wonders for him and its incredible for the circulatory system and blood. he used to get bloody noses fairly often that were tough to stop. since he has been taking htem bloody noses are rare and are mild and stop with in 2 minutes. his heart rate and blood pressure are perfect, veins are stronger and he rarely bruises anymore. its great.

however swim was wondering if cayenne pepper capsules interact negatively with any illegal drugs or prescriptions?

if he cant get an answer on this forum do you think an herbalist would know?
