Hi, my husband and i are occasional cocaine users, more frequently lately. 2 weeks ago friday we partied with my aunt and uncle and the 4 of us did some cocaine. Im not sure of the exact amount but it was a few 8 balls. then we didnt do anything until sunday night, my husband and i shared about a gram and a half maybe less. well saturday which was like 5 days later, my husband had a surprise random piss test for the military. we were stressing about the results, so i bought a home test kit, and at first my husband said it came up dirty. but looking at it there was a very very very faint pink line. the company says any line no matter how dark or how light is a negative result. but my husband cant remember if the the faint line was there before. today it has been 2 weeks since the test. as of yet we havnt heard anything. hes got 12 years in the reserves/national guard and is soon comming up on a 2nd deployment and is worried about throwing his career down the drain. does anyone have any answers or suggestions, how long does it take to get the results back? how will we be notified of results? will they wait till his next drill? the whole unit wasnt tested so does that mean they will test all samples taken or just a percentage? please give any comments or suggestions.

Swim really doesn't have much to say on the matter because she has never been through this sorta stuff.....but wish's swimyou and your swihusband the very best.

There is lot of info swim just found in the cocaine thread's that will help you out. If you use the search engine located up the top, next to the New post's icon, that should lead swiyou in the right direction. Swim just type in 'cocaine in your system' and a number of thread's came up. Swiyou may want to type something else.


Wished swim could offer you more advice but she doesn't want to confuse the situation.

In the military the test are more sensitive, he will not lose his job, he will be demoted, they will take pay for a penalty, you are married so most likley the gov is paying for housing. He will lose rank and suffer pay loss. Swim thinks it should be ok if it was conducted atleast 3 days later from taking cocaine. Hopefully everything goes well, at worst it being cocaine they will hold the money for a longer time.


Most likley he will not be article 15ed and sent home, hes in the military he most likley is not going to lose his job but rather be penalized. Catch a lot of hell to say the least. But maybe if its 3 days later he will be ok. Best of luck.
