Best country/location to do legal/legit research in?
What regions in the globe research monkeys can deal with these goodies
(legal or not) with less worry? . Africa, South America, Canada ,US ,UK a small country anywhere?

Canada and America both have surprisingly progressive programs for exploration of mind-altering substances. Of course, if you are referring to solo-psychonautics, you may be out of luck, few if any areas in the world allow, let alone permit or sanction, the exploration of altered states through self-administration of psychedelics.
