Has anyone ever attempted to go from buprenorphine maintenance to kratom?

Swim was wondering if this would be possible.If kratom really is a substitute for opiates,specifically longterm maintenance opiates like buprenorphine or methadone?Could there be a cure here?Swim has thought about kratom before but never in this light.One draw back swim can think of is it could get costly(no price discussions please),it might not work at all,swim is seriously unhappy and undergoing a few difficulties and would be willing to try anything.Has anyone here attempted this?
