methylamine freebase means the concentratedmethylamine or means another thing if it is another thing my question is how to make methylamine freebase,somebody helps!

if it stinks like ammonia it is the freebase, if no odor it is the salt and you need to mix with sodiom hydroxide solution until you get that ammonia stink. then you know you have the freebase. if you want it pure or free from water you have to distill the solution you have.
