Cultivation - Salvia Divinorum Plant (3 leaves left) - Will it survive?

It seems asif its dying.

SWIM got it 2 weeks ago and now it only has 3 leaves left, each about 1cm in size.

It has 2 side branches (about an inch long) 1 with no leaves on it, and the other with the 3.

And the main stem has no leaves on it, the top of the stem went brown, then seemed to pinch itself away and came off.

I spray it with water 4 times a day. And keep it warm.

Will the main stem continue to grow ?

Will it survive with just 3 tiny leaves ? (there is new growth on the midpoint of the main stem, 2 tiny leaves less than 1mm in size seem to be forming)

Should i mix miraclegrow plant food in with the water spray?
