remove THC from system?

Ok the haze over (slow down) is caused because of the remaining THC in a persons system after using cannabis.

What are some foods or chemicals SWIY finds stops or reduces SWIYs high off weed

SWIM has been looking at amino acids but SWIM doesnt think they will work (they work with MDMA so SWIM thought what a way to start)

One of the reasons most people SWIM knows dont use cannabis is because of the haze over effect so SIWM is working on ridding the body of its THC content (also useful for blood tests by snoopy cops)

Detoxing Foods:
Acid Forming Foods
-pastas, cakes, cookies, salad dressings etc.
-Meats, including Beef, pork, bird, fish, shellfish, eggs
-All dairy products, including butter, milk, cream, ice cream, cheese
-Nuts
-Sodas
-Caffeine, coffee, tea
-All breads
-Vegetables such as asparagus, sauerkraut, chickpeas, brussels sprouts
-Vinegar
-Lentils
-Plums, prunes, cranberries
Alkaline Forming Foods
-Salad greens
-Fresh fruit
-Dried fruit such as raisins, dates, figs, apricots
-All sprouts
-All vegetables (except the ones listed above) Especially good are onions and garlic
-Citrus fruits ( even though they are acidic, they have an alkalizing affect on the body)
-Good fats such as olive and flaxseed oil
-Honey, maple syrup and molasses
-Herbal teas
-Fresh fruit and vegetable juices
-Yogurt and sour cream
-Almonds, brazil nuts

Also, drinking a lot of water, and getting a good night sleep.
Most people don't drink enough water or get enough sleep(yet they think they do)
That also is what causes the Haze over effect. SWIM used to think it was the cannabis negativly(sp) affecting SWIM by making him lethargic, and tired. When really SWIM just had a very bad diet(even though SWIM is 5,8 and 140 lbs looking perfectly healthy), and did not get enough sleep. SWIM used to sleep around 6-8 hours a night. Since SWIM changed his diet and sleep patterns, SWIM still continues to smoke everyday usually around 3 grams to 5 grams a day and feels great. Never tired or lethargic anymore until night, But SWIM also smokes indicas at night and Sativas through the day. Hope this helps and SWiM didn't just ramble and make no sence.
stay hydrated, sleep good, and a good diet.

Re: remove THC from system?

man! if swim used to sleep 6-8 hours a night then my kittens got no chance.
my kitten sometimes cant sleep so will [insomniac since childhood] have a few right before falling into bed to pass out but yeah the next day... dealing with sunlight in the morning is just.. HORRIBLE.
i dont know much about foods but just pump the water through the system, im sure thatll help! [am always hesitant of offering suggestions with so many other smart ppplz on here!]

Re: remove THC from system?

If one has access to it, Vasoppressin has been noted by many to cease many of the effects of cannabis that one may associate with the 'haze', however, this understanding of cannabinoid action is slightly misguided. Cannabinoids have a half-life which cannot be drastically sped up via any 'flushing mechanism'. Also, the effects caused by cannabis at t+2-3hrs post-ingestion are most likely not being caused by a current activation of CB1/2 receptors, but rather the slow cascade of g-protein coupled metabotropic receptors. In other words, the effects felt that far after ingestion may not have such a simple relationship as the OP claims ("the haze over (slow down) is caused because of the remaining THC in a persons system after using cannabis.") and as a result may not be so easily eradicated. Taking DHA, and other nootropics such as Aniracetam, has helped many friends of mine relieve the 'foggy' side-effects of cannabis on cognition if taken regularly.
