Scales, & Gelatin Capsules

SWIM is about to have 10-25 grams of DXM shipped to his house, but
doesn't know the best method of measuring his doses. Could anyone
recommend a good yet fairly cheap .002 or .001 gram scale (millimeter
scale)? Also.. if any of you have experience with dxm powder and
those empty gelatine capsules... about how many milligrams fit into a
size O capsule?

Just search for what you're looking for in google, you'll find tons. Ebay too. Just put a bit of time and and you'll find some real good deals.

Yeah I've seen some scales, do you think .002 is accurate enough for measuring-dosage purposes?



Also, about how big in diameter and length is a O sized gelatine capsule.. anybody know?

i would think .01 grams is enough for dxm for measuring. whats 10 mg gonna do for a 500mg dose? plus .001 are expensive


Just buy any capsule, no more than about 700 mg will fit into any of them.


I just eye most of my measurements, but when swim goes to rcs he will need a .001 scale which should cost him ~100 dollars.


Usually normal sized capsules contain around 450 mg or so of dx that u can put in there.


If ur still very unsure, just buy some gelatin filled capsules, it says how much mg/caps on side, then pour it out, add that amount of dxm, +/- 10% will be the mg. Then u can start eying dosages or just keep using these caps.
