dr ACE probably knows what they are talking about.

read about cleaing low grade hash by heating it on low heat in small ammont of water then draining off the water which will usuallyturn yellow with some poorsoapbar.then justcollecting the cleaned hash in a old t-shirt or very fine sieve,by draining the water out into a small conatiner.its only recommended for very poor grade with obvious contaminants you would'nt want tomess up good hash
