I quite agree, at the very end of the video the presenter emphasises these same points. But I think the video is an interesting counterpoint to all of the media hype on this issue, in particular the apparently increasing issue of drivers testing positive for being stoned.

It never occurred to me that many drivers who "test positive" for marijuana may not be stoned at all, they just test positive because marijuana is detectable in your system for days, even weeks after you have smoked.

Swim's sure that was ''Fifth Gear'', rather than ''Top Gear''. Anyway it doesn't matter, does anyswiy's know if that many people have been caught driving while high on weed? Swim never heard of one person being caught, Swim means's how do they test you for it, at the road side? I saw somewhere that they used this strip and put it on the forehead, and it had a scale on it. To tell them if any, and how much has been consumed, is this correct? Anyswiy's know how this is done in England and Ireland? Swim would hope that it won't become as widely used as the alcohol breath tester, swim would never drink and drive, but if he was pulled over, he might have traces of weed in his system. So would that mean he could be done for driving, even if he wasn't perticually stoned, oh o wait,(such a bad memory) Swim does remember swim's friend got stopped, and he got took to the station cos they thought he was driving stoned, but after a doctor checked him fit to drive, he was just released. How do they test for it? Swim also heard they were using American style tests, like touching the nose with one finger? Any of you swiy's know how its done now-a-days?
