Frequency of Research Chemicals Use

How often do you use RC's?

if you are a regular user do you leave a recovery period between trips. say only on the weekends or once a month.

Reason I ask is i have found myself using RC's 2-3 times
per week for the last couple weeks (namely 2c-i ; 4-ho-dipt; and
2c-t-2) but im sure it cant be good to use them that often. I was
curious as to what everyone's own beliefs and ingestion patterns were.</font>
