Heat or No heat for Dilaudid
Some people say to heat dilaudid before IV and some say leave it cold since heat wrecks it.
Opinions?

SWIM has heard that hydromorphone is one of few opiates that does not need to be heated for IV preperation or very lightly heated.
SWIM is not sure this is just something SWIM feels he remembers.
