Extracting Hydrocodone from syrup

SWIM has searched the forum but hasn't found a straight answer, is it possible (or even worth the effort) to CWE hydrocodone from syrup? It is a generic version of Hycotuss, each teaspoon contains 5mg Hydrocodone and 100mg guaifenesin.
