interested in videotaping bwiti, ibogaine in Cameroon, Gabon
I may be visiting Cameroon and Gabon and would be most appreciative of any contact info - post or email addresses, web sites, town names and regions - where it might be possible to videotape traditional [or modern] Bwiti or other ibogaine ritual and music. Please PM me any info you think might not be appropriate on the public thread.
I would also be most interested to hear of any experiences anyone has had in Cameroon or Gabon regarding any contact they have had with the Bwiti, or regarding other ethnobotanical use. I am not looking to be a participant in ibogaine ritual but to learn and unobtrusively record, if possible. Thanks bravedog
