Disposition of web tryp cases
Google and other searches on the disposition of the web tryp cases do not turn up any info for me on what happened to omegafinechemicals or duncan. I'd be interested in any info.
also April Curtis of racresearch appears to have got a light sentence but I've found only passing refernces and would like more info on this. [Pondman got life; Michael Burton of ACS got a very long sentence [sold the 2ct21 that led to a death]; LTK got some years]. Thanks bravedog |

Re: Disposition of web tryp cases
I'm going to post these separately since they are rather large.
As of 2005, the Omega case was still ongoing, and I've not heard anything since. Re: Duncan Quote:

Re: Disposition of web tryp cases
Most informative, thanks! Am I reading correctly that April Curtis received no jail time?

^^^^ Agreed. They seem safer than aspirin in light of reports I have read documenting their misuse.
Although they should always be treated with respect, deaths from RC's appear to be anomalies. |

Re: Disposition of web tryp cases
Here's a thread from the archive with good info:
http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20754 Odd that omegafinechemical's case seems to have disappeared since 2005, wonder what's up with that Last edited by Alfa; 02-03-2008 at 18:34. |

Re: Disposition of web tryp cases
I don't believe Burton got a heavy sentence, certainly nothing like life. Burton's customers in the UK were all raided so presumably he rolled over and gave up everyones details.

He got less than I thought, 13 years:
http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12912 still nothing in several years on omega - murple says last he heard [during trial years back] Kasper was trying to plead insanity - he said he'd try a lexis nexus search... Last edited by Alfa; 03-03-2008 at 11:33. |
