Swim was Iv'ing coke and now where the vain was is swelling a little bit it doesn't look bad its just a bump kinda like a bee sting should swim be worried?

That symptom is normal whenever you miss a vein. Its possible to stick a vein, empty 1/2 the load, and accidentally shoot the rest beneath your skin... forming the "bubble" that you see as a bee sting. It should be completely gone in 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is not a safe thing to be doing repeatedly, but should not be a cause for alarm or emergency room. If it lasts over 24 hours or several days, you may have an abcess, which is very bad.

Sometimes they stay longer,unless its stays for more then 3-4 days or gets much worse swiy is all set. hot packs seem to help a little but i dont know if there really that effective.

No swim was just did the Iv like 30 minutes ago swim was just concerned cause this doesn't usually happen with heroin.

Hmmmm wait,so this isn't from a miss? i have a friend that whenever they IV coke from this one guy in town they would swell up around the site and sometimes get a few red patches on other areas.maybe its an allergic reaction to some sort of cutting agent that does this?

Yeah there are little red dots as well so that could be it but swim might have missed but with yay swim cant tell due to the numbness.
