Help identifying C-Phen DM

SWIM was prescribed C-Phen DM. SWIM found that promethazine and c-phen have very similar coloring, and also found that another brand name for promethazine is Phenergan.

Does anyone know about C-Phen syrup? A straight ounce of promethazine will have a person 'leanin' correct? SWIM says that he drank an ounce straight and feels tired, but not 'drunk'.
