Buph roulette wheel | suggestions?
Hi. Having been on Buph/nxl maint. Rx for some time – it does its job (keeping me off the hard stuff). I find that most of the time, the Sub produces a somewhat typical mild opiate high, with a slight "burnt out" feeling I don't really care for. This is typical. Sometime the Sub produces the most bizarre yet amazingly rewarding dreams of my life, memories of which sustain me to this day. Most of the time, higher doses will make me feel disoriented and really give me a bad "crispy" burnt feeling at the back of my head. On RARE OCCASION, a moderate dose will have me laid out on the bed, my body in perfect pleasure. Every muscle extremity completely relaxed. Incredible bodily/mental pleasure. Imagine a perfect extended siesta on a magical day somewhere on some far away tropical island, and that is it. Total contentment. In other words, much like some of the best sustained qualities of the better opioids. Similar to good opium.
Now, this (unfortunately) is the exception. Any way to stock the odds more in favor of this, or is it a cruel trick of design, built into the pharmacology of the molecule? Is that once in a blue moon magical siesta just when the buph is mal-functioning, as I am convinced the drug would never have been able to see the light of day had it produced these positive, benign effects as a rule, rather than an exception. Other than being in good shape and well rested/nourished (always good ideas), and having the tolerance down a bit, can any1 offer advice on how to stack the odds more in favor of the beautiful relaxed siesta? What is causing this rare, awful ly pleasant malfunction? Will have to keep a diary now and try to make associations, but so far, it seems a crap shot.
